If you thought that it's only unhappy faces that one can see after a maths exam then Class XII board examinees would have proved you wrong on Thursday. ``Awesome, easy and good'' were some of the words they used to express their satisfaction after writing the maths paper on Thursday.

It was a double treat for the students who had biology as one of their main papers, as they are done with the board exams. However, some students were worried about the forthcoming AIPMT scheduled for April 1.

``Paper was easy and direct. I solved the paper well. I expect to score around 95% in the paper,'' said Trisha Chandola, a student of Modern School (Vasant Vihar).

The paper was a cakewalk for most students. Said Stefy Chacko of Convent of Jesus & Mary (CJM): ``All questions were straight from the NCERT textbook. Though, I messed up a six mark question on linearprogramming, I finished the paper 20 minutes before time.''

Teachers were also all smiles after getting a good feedback from the students. Said Sangeeta Arora, maths teacher, Apeejay School (Saket): ``All students good, average and below average looked happy after writing the paper. The paper was easy and not lengthy.''
