Having done an MBA, you do not need any additional, short term course for doing an operational, administration job. You can, however, pursue a course in areas such as logistics or import export. Given your marketing background I would recommend a career in a freight forwarding organisation where you should be able to do a lot of operational work and still find your marketing knowledge helpful.
