Yale University Campus, US Putting All Its Courses Material Online
By Dikshit Dass, Section Books & e-Books
In order to help students who are not part of Yale University campus, US, but want to avail of its courses, the university has started putting all its courses online. This is a non-competitive initiative, where any student can get access to all the course material of the university and use it for self-study.
George Joseph, assistant secretary of the university, said, "Although we have started this activity four months back, we are yet to upload all the course material, but it is still in the process." He further added that apart from the course material, the e-content included all the lectures and the solved problems during the academic sessions in the campus. Initiated as a mission towards helping students outside Yale campus, Joseph stressed on the fact that the university at present has no plans for any sort of certification through their online programmes.
