"Employers in India continue to show optimism in their hiring intent, especially in the Media and entertainment industry which forms an integral part of the service industry ... with north taking the lead being the most optimistic," Manpower India Managing Director Naresh Malhan said.

Media and entertainment industry forms one of the most positive potential employer with a net employment outlook of 58 per cent for the third quarter of this year, according to a survey conducted by Manpower.

The 58 per cent net employment outlook was derived from the responses collected from human resources heads in top media buying houses, electronic channels, publications, advertisement agencies among others.
