CBSE To Organize Science Exhibition 2008 In The Months Of July/August

With the objective of promoting creativity and innovativeness in students, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) would soon organize the 'CBSE Science Exhibition 2008'.

The exhibition is likely to be organized in the months of July/August at the Regional Level and September/October at the National Level.

The Science Exhibition, with its theme 'Science and Technology and Planet Earth', would feature sub-themes including Water Management, Agriculture and Food, Energy Resources, Disaster Management, Mathematical Modelling and Educational Technology.

The Board has been organizing regional level and national level science exhibitions since 2005 with overwhelming responses.

For participating in the exhibition, students must be studying in any one of the classes from IX to XII. All the participating schools are required to prepare a maximum of two exhibits. The school team would be represented by a maximum of three students and one escort teacher.
