Call centre at IGNOU's Campus To Give Better Service To Learners

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is is mulling over establishing a mini call centre on its campus on an experimental basis to give better service to learners. ``As it will be a mini set-up within the hub of the university, we can probably handle learners' queries with better service delivery,'' said S K Vyas, reader in the School of Engineering, IGNOU. A proposal for setting up the call centre is under consideration.
